Examples:

Weaknesses (W):


1. Internal factors that are unfavorable to the organization.

2. Vulnerabilities.

3. Areas for improvement.


Examples:


- Limited financial resources

- High employee turnover

- Inefficient operations


Opportunities (O):


1. External factors that can benefit the organization.

2. Emerging trends or markets.

3. Partnerships or collaborations.


Examples:


- Growing demand for sustainable products

- Expanding into new markets

- Partnerships with influencers


Threats (T):


1. External factors that can harm the organization.

2. Challenges or obstacles.

3. Changes in market or regulatory environment.
